Our End-to-End Project Management Involvement
Pre-Initiation & Feasibility Stage
We begin by understanding the client’s vision and evaluating the feasibility of the project through comprehensive site assessments, market studies, and preliminary budgeting. During this stage, we identify potential risks early on and ensure all regulatory and legal considerations are addressed to set a strong strategic foundation.
Project Initiation
Once the project is greenlit, we establish a detailed master schedule, define clear deliverables, and assemble a multidisciplinary consultant team. We set up a structured communication framework and align all stakeholders with the project’s objectives, KPIs, and reporting protocols to ensure seamless collaboration from day one.
Design Management
Our team leads the coordination of architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design inputs to ensure all disciplines work cohesively. We oversee design development, monitor design schedules, and conduct regular reviews to maintain quality, budget alignment, and timely delivery. Value engineering is integrated early to optimise outcomes.
Pre-Construction & Tendering
We manage the entire tendering process—preparing BOQs, shortlisting contractors, issuing tender packages, and conducting detailed bid evaluations. We support the client in negotiations and final contract awards while ensuring procurement timelines align with the overall construction schedule.
Construction Phase
During construction, we maintain full-site oversight through regular inspections, contractor coordination, and milestone-based tracking. We enforce safety protocols, ensure compliance with quality standards, manage change orders, and maintain control over costs and timelines through rigorous monitoring and reporting.
Fit-Out, Commissioning & Handover
We oversee interior fit-outs, testing, and commissioning of all services to ensure operational readiness. Final snag checks, approvals, and documentation are completed, followed by a smooth handover to the client with all close-out reports and O&M manuals in place.
